Very poor service. We ordered 20,00 fanfolded labels - around 4,000 of them arrived on time. The others were missing - I rang up to chase and was told these were being sent out soon - so a good chunk of our order was slow to arrive. Also the packaging the labels were sent in was incredibly weak and the labels arrived in a total mess. For fan-folded labels they should arrive fan-folded, not in a pile with the box half open. We have had to ditch a lot of the labels as they were getting stuck in our printer due to the damage. I sent an email with photos and had no reply at all.
